Prevention
Gridiron Heroes is doing it’s part in raising awareness related to prevention of head and spinal injuries. The goal is making the game safer. Our clinical professionals offer the only “Evidence-based” safety and performance curriculum. Helmet first tackling exposes 100% of the CROWN. Removing the CROWN from the tackle reduces the amount of helmet related injuries from the sport by 43%. Our coaching facilitators are certified by Bobby Hosea, the creator of the Heads UP tackling program utilized by USA Football.
TEA Approved Concussion Protocol / Certification
Dr. Evan Ratner is one of few Texas physicians providing baseline testing, who is certified in concussion care and prevention/treatment protocols.
